Privacy notice
What we keep
For an account: your name, e-mail, company name, country, phone if you give it, language, and whether you want news from us. For signing in: the public part of your device's key, when you signed in and your browser's name; your network address only as a scrambled number, used to stop abuse. For payments: the amount, the result, and the country and type of the card. Stripe keeps the card itself; we never see its full number.
Why
To make and protect your account, stop abuse, take payments and keep invoices as the law asks, prepare your space, and write to you about your account. We send news only if you said yes, and you can say no at any time.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, and is read only by this website. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who helps us
Stripe (card payments), Hetzner (the servers), Cloudflare (the network and protection from attacks), and our e-mail service (the codes and the messages about your account). Each one gets only what its job needs. We never sell data.
How long
Your account data for as long as you keep the account. A free account that is not used for twelve months is deleted, after two reminders. Invoices for as long as the law asks. Sign-in records for a short time only.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data. A free account can be deleted from its settings page at once. You can also complain to the data authority of your country.
How we protect it
No passwords for accounts, only codes and your own device. Every connection is encrypted. Few people can reach the data, each with their own device, and what they do is recorded.
Changes and contact
When this notice changes, the version at the top changes and we tell account holders. For any question about your data, talk to us.
