Who owns the app-store pages?

You do. Your apps are published under your own Apple and Google accounts, with your name. If you ever leave, the pages stay yours

Can riders pay in cash?

Yes. You choose which ways to pay you accept, such as cash, cards or a wallet, and you can change them whenever you like

Does it work in my language?

Yes. The rider and driver apps and your website speak 13 languages: English, Arabic (written right to left), French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Hindi, Romanian, Russian, German, Portuguese, Indonesian and Chinese. Each person uses their own

Who holds the licences to run a taxi service?

You do. The licences and permits belong to your company, in your country. We provide the software, not the permission to operate

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. You can export your drivers, riders and rides at any time, and if you leave you get a full copy before anything is deleted

What happens if something breaks?

We publish the state of the service on a public status page. When something affects you, we tell you what happened and what we did
