Three plans, the same service, sized to your company. Each has a first payment, a monthly rent and a small share of each ride
Choose your plan
Prices in US dollars. Tax is added where it applies. No minimum term: you can stop at the end of any month
Every plan includes
- The rider app, the driver app, the control panel and your website
- Updates, so your apps and your panel keep working as phones and app stores change
- Hosting and security, looked after by us
- Help with your app-store pages
- A backup every day, and a full copy of your data whenever you ask
What a plan decides
These limits change from one plan to the next
- How many drivers and riders are active each month
- How many people are on your team, and how many jobs of your own you can make
- How many website pages and blog posts you can have
- How many web addresses of your own you can connect
- How many text messages and how much map use are included
- What kind of support you get
- How long your activity history is kept
What is billed by use
Some costs depend on how much you use, and are billed at a published rate: text messages and map use beyond what your plan includes, and app-build time beyond your plan. If you bring your own account with a text or map company, we do not charge for it
Our share of each ride
On top of the rent, we take a share of the fare of each ride. It is written into your plan, and the bigger the plan, the smaller the share
How it is worked out
- Ride by ride, on the fare, rounded to the smallest coin of your currency
- Card rides: taken when the rider pays, through your own payment account
- Cash and wallet rides: added to your monthly invoice
- If a card payment is refunded, our share is returned with it
- Your control panel shows the sum for every ride and every month
What other companies charge
Apple and Google charge a fee for their own developer accounts, which you need to publish your apps. Your payment company charges its own fees on card payments. Those fees go to them, not to us, and we tell you about them before you start
Two things we will not do
- We do not delete your data because a payment is late
- We do not stop a ride that is already happening because a limit was reached
